Validate the Quality of Components & Finished Products with PCB’s Accurate and Durable Vibration Measurement Kit

Introducing PCB Model 300A31 End of Line Testing Kit

September 5, 2024 – Depew, NY – PCB Piezotronics (PCB®) is introducing Model 300A31 end of line testing  kit, our first bundle for integration into automated subsystem testing. The simplified, compact kit combines the  measurement accuracy PCB accelerometers are well known for with long lasting durability, cycle tested beyond  1,000,000 cycles.

Model 300A31 features:

  • Simplified kit designed for “end of production line” vibration performance validation Durability – isolator life beyond 1,000,000 cycles
  • High upper frequency – 10,000 Hz
  • Compact size – can be inserted into isolated areas of item under test, such as gearbox & transmissions

Model 300A31 is PCB’s first kit for integration into automated subsystem testing, where the base of the  accelerometer is put into contact with the device under test and response characteristics are measured through  vibration, via an accelerometer (353B18). The accelerometer and isolator assembly (080A245) are also  available as individual components.

Model 300A31 can be used to validate end of production line systems for transmissions (vibration from gear  changes, solenoids, or fluid); engines (rotating assembly validation); tires, steering, and engine components;  gearbox, transfer-case, differential; motors and actuator assemblies; and battery, heat-sink, and coolant  packages.
