Saelig Introduces Tiny USB-to-SDIO Host IC

Pittsford, NY, USA: Saelig Company, Inc. has introduced the VUB300 a tiny 6x6mm QFN IC that converts a USB interface to an SDIO Host Interface. VUB300 is a single-chip USB to SDIO bridge that allows SDIO and SD compliant devices to be connected to any host PC via USB. A growing number of wireless modem chipsets are moving to SDIO as the preferred data interface and VUB300 is the ideal solution when, for example, a target system has no spare SDIO ports available.

Altium to Relocate its Global Headquarters to Shanghai, China
