RFMD® Expands Industry-Leading General Product Catalog With Two New Voltage Controlled Attenuators

Greensboro, N.C., June 2, 2011– RF Micro Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq GS: RFMD), a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance radio frequency components and compound semiconductor technologies, today announced the release of two new voltage controlled attenuators (VCAs), the RFSA2013 and RFSA2023. The new VCA components, which operate from 5V and 3V supplies, respectively, cover a wideband frequency range of 50 to 4000MHz and satisfy a wide range of applications across end markets.
