IACS E10 is a test specification that demonstrates the device’s ability to function as intended under specific testing conditions for electromagnetic compatibility, operating temperature range, shock/vibration protection and more.

The device’s fanless construction means that it is quiet and less likely to be disrupted by a common point of failure in typical fan-based systems. When fans are working to cool a device, they are creating airflow, but this airflow can also draw in harmful levels of dust, dirt, and moisture from the surrounding environment into the interior electronics of the device. The MC-3201’s fanless design removes that risk entirely.

NMEA ports on the rear panel make it ideal for marine settings. It can integrate with navigation systems, sonar devices, and other marine electronics, enabling efficient data transmission and communication on the water. This capability is essential when enhancing navigation accuracy and communication efficiency in marine environments.

Last but certainly not least is the remote power switch, which adds a layer of convenience and control, particularly in installations where the device is not easily accessible. This feature allows engineers to manage the power status of the MC-3201 remotely, which is beneficial in everyday use and critical situations where quick access to power control is required.
