DiSTI Offers Free Data Director and Reusable Software Object

Orlando, FL (July 11, 2011) – The DiSTI Corporation, a leading provider of advanced graphical interfacetechnology, has announced a new promotion to provide programmers with supplementary middlewareand content to aid in the development of high fidelity and high quality interfaces. Through Sept. 30,users will receive the Data Director Toolkit and a Reusable Software Object (RSO) Bundle of their choice, free with their purchase of GL Studio.

The GL Studio toolkit enables the development of high?fidelity graphics, 3D interfaces and fullyinteractive software controls. DiSTI’s Data Director Toolkit connects multiple data sources, such as math models or simulation data, to user interface objects with no programming involved. An RSO bundle consists of photo realistic software components, including both the appearance and behavior of the object coupled with a well defined interface.

Through this offering developers and programmers can rapidly decrease production time and overallcosts by utilizing the Data Director toolkit to easily integrate their chosen RSO Bundle into their GLStudio designs. With eight different RSO Bundles to choose from, this pre built content is seamlessly merged into any master design project by integration teams to support large modular designs. Available RSO bundles include, the Digital Pack I or Digital Pack II, each containing essential digital instrument components for electronic displays, and the Test Equipment Pack, which contains virtualized representations of commonly used electronic testing equipment.

“With delayed and restricted budgets, this has been an exceptionally challenging fiscal year fordevelopers to get their jobs done. This offer was put together to try and help them get their projects back on track,” said Scott Ariotti, DiSTI’s Director of Sales and Marketing. This promotion is available through Sept. 30, 2011.
