After his daughter cooked up a pancake shaped like a “duck caterpillar,” Nathan Shields of Saipancakes… crafted a set of detailed caterpillar pancakes. Each one was made to match a species that is local to the Pacific Northwest. His pancake batter recipe is available on his website.
